Where do you ship?
We currently offer shipping to Canada and the United States. Available delivery options are shown at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is C$9.99, with free standard shipping on orders of C$99.99 or more. The applicable rate is displayed at checkout in your selected currency.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times depend on the item and destination. If you need something by a specific date, contact us before placing your order.

How can I find my tracking details?
You’ll find any available tracking details in your shipping confirmation email. If you need help locating them, email us with your order number.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We’ll check the order status and let you know what is possible.

How does the set offer work?
Mix and match the Bamboo Tea Cup Set and Treetop Trivet Set in any combination. Buy two eligible sets and save 5%, three and save 10%, or four or more and save 15%. The highest qualifying tier applies to all eligible sets in your cart, with a maximum saving of 15%. Savings are applied automatically in your cart and at checkout.
Each complete product counts as one set. Individual cups and trivets do not count separately. Other products are not included in this offer.

Where can I find dimensions and materials?
Each product page lists its dimensions, materials and what’s included. Styled accessories are not included unless the product description says otherwise.
Are the Apple and Star Treetop sets sold together?
They are sold separately. Choose your preferred style on the product page. Each set includes four folding wooden trivets and one matching stand.
How should I position the Catnap Soap Dish?
Place it beside the basin, with the drainage outlet extending over the sink edge so excess water can run off. Soap is not included.
What comes with the Bamboo Tea Cup Set?
Each set includes two small ceramic tea cups and one navy blue, cream-lined gift box. Stack the cups to echo the natural joints of a bamboo stalk. Each cup holds approximately 90 mL, making it suited to small pours rather than a full mug of tea.
What comes with The Kitchen Library?
Each set includes three book-shaped wooden cutting boards and one matching stand. You’ll find dimensions, available weight details and care guidance on the product page.
What comes with the Egg Serving Set?
One acacia wood holder with a ceramic lid, six fruit forks, six small spoons, three star-shaped fruit picks and three heart-shaped fruit picks. The full set includes 18 utensils, made for fruit, desserts and small bites.
How does the Woodland Toothpick Holder work?
Lift the mushroom cap to refill the holder. Replace the cap, gently tip the holder and take a toothpick through one of the small openings. Each listing is for one two-tone wooden holder.
Where can I find care instructions?
Care guidance is included on each product page. For the wooden sets and ceramic tea cups, hand washing and prompt drying help preserve their finish.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I request help with a return or exchange?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange, store credit or consideration of a refund exception. Eligible items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. We do not ordinarily offer refunds to the original payment method. Refunds are available only when an exception has been approved by our team. Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping. Please contact us for return instructions.
